Ramen Stir-Fry

1 pound beef boneless sirloin
2 cups water
1 package (we used two) oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
1 bag (16 ounces) fresh stir-fry vegetables
1/4 cup stir-fry sauce

1. Cut beef into thin strips. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook beef in skillet 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown. Remove beef from skillet.

2. Heat water to boiling in skillet. Break block of noodles from soup mix into water; stir until slightly softened. Stir in vegetables. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.

3. Stir in contents of seasoning packet from soup mix, stir-fry sauce and beef. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.

This was AMAZING and much better than our regular stir-fry. Aaron cooked it up and did an amazing job. We are going to try it with Chicken Ramen as well.

Beef Noodle Bowl

BEEF NOODLE BOWL

Prep Time:10 min

Total Time:30 min
Makes: 4 servings, 2 cups each

1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked (1/2 of a one pound box)
3 cups broccoli florets (frozen worked fine for me)
3 carrots, peeled, sliced
2 tsp. oil
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing (I used a 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 2 min.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add meat; cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing and teriyaki sauce; cook 2 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta mixture; place in large serving bowl. Add meat mixture; toss to coat.
